Ring Dish 001 in Cold Coffee

Ring dish in textured brown stoneware with black walnut glaze. This combination of clay and glaze creates a rich dark brown base with a silver sheen and irregular spotting. The effect is reminiscent of the oil/water separation on the surface of a cup of coffee as it cools.
