*SECOND* Ring Dish 001 in Mud

This piece is a second, which means it has an unintended imperfection or irregularity that does not affect the functionality.

Ring dish in textured brown stoneware with amber quartz glaze. This combination of clay and glaze renders a dark brown into creamy yellow in areas of thicker application. The result is a color and texture similar to the winter mud in the foothills of Denver.

This piece developed a small crack on the base during firing, as marked in the last picture. Because this piece is not intended for use with food or liquids, this flaw does not affect the functionality.
